MEDIATOR

An individual who conducts mediation sessions.  A mediator is an individual who oversees mediation sessions between two or more parties.  A mediator is an active participant in the discussions to find points of contention between the parties and attempts to allow the parties to find an amicable solution that is agreeable to all parties involved.
