PLEADING

Every legal document filed throughout to proceeding of a lawsuit, petition, motion and/or hearing.  Pleadings include, but are not limited to, the complaint, petition, answer, demurrer, motion, declarations and/or memorandums.  In many state, each pleading must be set up in generally accepted legal language and legal format.
