UNCONSCIONABLE

Usually a term used regarding a contract and/or agreement when it is found to be unscrupulous or excessively unfair toward one party.  The contract or agreement includes the absence of any meaningful choice on the part of one party and the other party having an unequal bargaining position which causes the contract or agreement to be unreasonably favorable to that party.
