VISITATION
The right to see and spend time with a minor child on a regular basis.
Visitation is typically awarded by a court to a parent who does not have
physical custody of the minor child.
In some cases, the court will deny visitation rights only if the court
decides that having visitation with the non-custodial parent would hurt
the child so much that the non-custodial parent should be kept away from
the child.
